Here at Dancing Carrots we are BIG fans of Green Teas and Herbal Teas. Sodas are full of sugar and chemicals that destroy your health and add weight FAST! Why not simply switch to teas instead! We suggest trying different varieties. Teas can be super affordable to make. If desired, you can sweeten with a bit of natural Stevia. Brew it by the tea pot, cup, or even a large batch on the stove with a bigger pot. We have become hooked on brewing a big batch and leaving it in the fridge in a pitcher and pouring over a nice glass of ice. So refreshing and you can FEEL the healthiness! Green teas come in many varieties and are considered super foods. So, ditch the yucky sugary or artificially sweetened sodas and “get your tea on!”
